We were reticent in doing that and choose to try to sell the house/property altogether. After 6 months and virtually no interest in the property, we finally relented and followed her advice! Within a couple of weeks, we saw more activity looking at the home and had a sale within a month and closing on a sale within another month. Sarah was always respectful of our decisions even when not following her advice because she obviously had a good knowledge of the market. In retrospect, we can see that we possibly lost money by not following her advice initially. She was always professional, courteous, and accommodating in meetings with a group of Trustees.
